Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Presora (“Presora”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our website, dashboard and services (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
Presora provides an AI platform that builds and hosts websites and gives small businesses tools such as a CRM, email inboxes, a support chatbot, SEO and analytics. This Policy covers presora.xyz, the Presora dashboard, and websites we host on our subdomains and on customers’ connected custom domains.
For personal information belonging to your customers that you collect through a site or tool we host for you, you are the data controller and Presora acts as your processor — see “Information you collect from your own customers” below.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, password (stored hashed), and business details you provide.
- Business content — the text, images, and settings you add to your website, brief, CRM, chatbot and inboxes.
- Customer data you upload — contacts, leads, messages and any personal data you choose to store in the CRM or inbox.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications — emails and messages sent to or received through the Services.
- Usage and device data — pages visited, actions taken, IP address, browser and device information, and similar analytics.
- Cookies — small files used to keep you signed in and remember preferences (see “Cookies”).
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services.
- To generate websites, copy, chatbot answers and other content you request.
- To authenticate you, secure accounts, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To send transactional messages (e.g. sign-in, billing, service notices).
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To understand usage and improve features and reliability.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. AI processing
Some features send content you provide (such as your business brief, website copy or chatbot context) to third-party AI/model providers to generate results. We send only what is needed to perform the requested task. Do not enter information you are not permitted to share, and always review AI-generated output before publishing or sending it.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers / sub-processors — hosting, database, email delivery/receipt, payment processing and AI model providers, who process data on our behalf under contract.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Presora, our customers or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Information you collect from your own customers
When you use Presora to run a website, CRM, inbox or chatbot, you may collect personal information from your customers. You are responsible for that data — including having a lawful basis to collect it, posting your own privacy notice, honouring your customers’ rights, and only collecting what you need. Presora processes it on your instructions to provide the Services to you.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences (such as your light/dark theme), and limited analytics to understand and improve usage. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling necessary cookies may break parts of the Services.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can delete content, and deleting your account removes your data subject to those legal retention needs.
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing (for example under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA). To exercise these rights, contact us at support@presora.xyz. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
11. International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
